STAFF
Our staff’s experience is broad in both technical capabilities and years of service. The President, James J. Manno, Sr. has over thirty-six years experience in the construction business. Mr. Manno is a graduate of Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
The Vice President, James J. Manno, Jr., has over 20 years experience in all aspects of the business including but not limited to work in the field and managing the office. James Jr. is a graduate of Penn State University in University Park, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

In October 2006, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District Issued to James J. Manno, Jr. an Award for Outstanding support and technical assistance during construction of the Big Bend Tailwater Access at Kinzua Dam,
Warren, PA.
In March 2003, the Pennsylvania Partnership for Highway Quality issued a Project Recognition Award to Manno Construction, Inc. for Outstanding Achievement in the highway industry regarding participation in the Mon/Fayette Expressway Project.
In September 1990, the Indiana County Conservation District issued an award to James J. Manno Construction for Advancements in the Conservation of Natural Resources for completing the Coral-Graceton Rural Abandoned Mine Project.
